How it works...
I have changed it so the letterbox is always open, so join whenever suits you. Subscribe by the 20th of the month and you're in for that edition, and every one after. Join after the 20th, and you'll simply start with the following month's instead.
There's nothing to reorder or remember, your letter and gifts just keep arriving each month until you tell it to stop.

How much is delivery?
Delivery is included in the price.
When will my first letter arrive?
Join by the 20th of the month, and you'll receive that month's edition, dispatched on the 30th alongside everyone else's. Join after the 20th and you'll simply start with the following month's edition.
Do I need to sign up again each month?
No. Once you join, it renews automatically, so your letter keeps arriving without you having to think about it.
What is the value of the box?
The value of the box is always at least double the retail value.
Can I cancel or pause whenever I want?
Yes. There's no minimum commitment. Pause or cancel any time, no explanation needed.
Does it ship outside the UK?
Right now, Letters from the Dales is UK delivery only.
What if my letter arrives damaged or goes missing?
You will receive tracking for your order via email through Royal Mail, any issues please get in touch.
Can I gift a subscription?
Yes, you will need to place a separate order with the gifting name and address on.
A note from Stacey
I've always loved making things that make people pause, even for a moment. A print, a card, a little something that says someone thought of you.
Letters from the Dales came from wanting more of that, but slower, and sent by hand. In a world that's mostly screens, there's something special about a letter landing on your doormat, knowing it was made just for you.
Each month I send a piece of the Dales your way: a print, a Polaroid I've taken myself, a hand-sealed letter, and a few small things to hold. My hope is that it feels less like a subscription and more like hearing from a friend.
I hope it brings a little of the Dales into your home, every month.
